Pulsar 180 vs Vuka RM200

Hi, all

Does anyone know anything at all about the Vuka RM200? I have a
friend who wants to buy a bike to use for the rest of the year before
she goes to the USA, (just so that no-one accuses me of infidelity
here, I'm very happy with my Pulsar), and so talking to her we
basically managed to narrow the choices down to the Pulsar 180 and the
Vuka, the main criteria were cost in the vicinity of 12k, and enough
power to be able to handle highways reasonably well at least, she
travels between Krugersdorp and Parktown in Joburg reasonably
frequently.

I know my Pulsar very well, but I've had no experience with the Vuka,
info on the web is scarce, except for plain old specs which can be
misleading. Does anyone here know anything about it at all, would you
make a recommendation one way or the other, and why?
