It is important that if you know you will not be at the Helaqua, that you let someone know ahead of time, especially if you have a duty. 

Also, today we will schedule all the duties in advance, so please check out your schedules to know when you are free.

Also brothers, the time for today has changed. The helaqua will begin after Asr (6:00). 

Last thing, the Topic List is attached and contains everyones responsibilities until the ICNA Convention so please check when you have a duty.
