Greetings!  If you’re wondering why it’s been so long since I sent a Bain Wave, you might have missed the announcement I sent last fall – I’ve switched to a blog on www.danbain.net.  If you’re wondering why it’s been so long since I sent a blog entry from there, it’s because I’ve been working on a book – and now I’m done!
