Who is in?

Just a reminder:
Line up the south end of the bulkhead at Yeomalt Point, Staying 400
yards or less off the beach.
If there is no wind there, you still are required to go there, as much
as you may not want to! Ha!
This is sailboat racing, not golf where you get to do what ever you
want........ :-)

And at the finish it's 1 boat length from the red nun.

Dave might follow up with some additional input on rounding the marks.

Thanks John to bring up Yeomalt once again. This is really simple! You go north until you are at least to the south end of the big rock bullhead. This is latitude, not perpendicular to the shoreline! You should be really close, 400 yards should be max. From far away as you sail north, you should be aiming right at the actual point. Last week Laughlin was about 2-1/2 times too far east and Dawson was short and west. Both boats probably gained 8 or more minutes! Steiner, Parker and Reijnen got it right.

It's all about fun and we like close races. In the golf analogy it's not as fun if some are making up their own rules though. Please do your best to turn at this point even if you have to gybe your kite to get there!

Peace and love!

Savage will be racing.  We did a 360 before the finish to make up for whatever transgressions we made.

I have another idea for Yeomalt. Just head right for the rock bulkhead
and turn when you are in 10 feet of water!

TOURIST will be racing. We will do three (3) PRE-RACE 360s - to atone for
any pre-race, during race, and post-race transgressions we may make.
