Hello Rifat,

I hope you are well, and looking forward to the project presentations.

Can I suggest the following timing for the presentations on the 30th Nov (assuming 10 groups):

9.00 Group 1

9.20 Group 2

9.40 Group 3

10.00 Group 4

10.20 Group 5

Break

11.00 Group 6

11.20 Group 7

11.40 Group 8

12.00 Group 9

12.20 Group 10

Students have been informed that it needs to be a 10 min presentation, and assuming 5 min discussion, this allows 5 min turn around.

Ideally the students should only present to the panel and any of the Bailp team, but not to the other students. 

Also, if we could get the students to bring their presentation in on USB for quick change over between groups, that would be appreciated.

Please let me know if you need anything further at this stage.
