SUMMARY
• Over nine (9) years of experience in Design, Implementation and
troubleshooting of next generation IP-based network architectures and
strengthening network security.
• Ability to design cost effective, & optimally- “Redundant and
Secure” networks.
• Extensive hands-on experience in implementation, deployment,
configuration and troubleshooting of Juniper Netscreen (NS and SSG
Series), Cisco PIX and Checkpoint firewalls, VPN Technologies (LAN to
LAN, IPSec), CISCO load balancers and Juniper SSL VPN.
• High level Engineering in Netscreen firewall such as troubleshooting
with debugs / snoops , NSRP, attack preventions using Deep
Inspection.
• Excellent knowledge of OSI, TCP/IP Protocol.
• Experience with ticketing systems such as Remedy, C3, Peregrine
Service Center for incident & Change management.
• Experience with diagnostic tools such as Wireshark, Ethereal.
• Strong debugging skills on Security devices.
• Configuring security on Routers using acls.
• Knowledge of StealthWatch from Lancope.
• Basic knowledge on ipv6.
• Designing network diagrams using Microsoft Visio
• Worked in the Cisco-TAC project. Was responsible for configuring and
troubleshooting Cisco PIX firewall related issues of customers of
Cisco Systems.
• Worked in Serco-Operations Management Center project and acted as an
escalation point for issues related to Network Security of Serco
Solutions and customers of Serco Solutions.
• Part of the advanced TAC of Juniper Networks. Responsibilities
include troubleshooting critical issues, queries related to Security /
VPN of customers of Juniper Networks.
