Hi Everyone,
Here is some additional information regarding the ISAAC AWARDS on Sunday, May 26.
I need you to do the following IMMEDIATELY:
1) Please fill out the following form regarding your attendance at the Isaac’s. Some of you have indicated that you will not be able to attend due to conflicts, etc. I need this information ASAP.

2) There is a $17 fee that covers bus, ticket, as well as food/drinks at the reception afterwards.
a. PARENTS MAY ATTEND THIS EVENT – the same fees apply
b. I am NOT asking you to turn the money in for this event at this time. We will tackle that later in April (after our show). Right now, I just need the RSVP’s from everyone and whether you think others may attend. These responses can be changed later before things are finalized – I just need a good idea now.
Right now, we have two (2) busses scheduled for that day to transport us to Altoona. We will not fill those busses with cast/crew/orchestra – so there will be some seats open to parents, etc. on a first come first serve basis. More information on this after the show in April.
The TENTATIVE schedule for the day of the Awards (May 26) is:
12:00 noon – 4:00 p.m. Tech Rehearsals for distant schools
4:00 – 5:00 p.m. Mandatory rehearsal for the opening number
6:00 – 7:00 p.m. Mishler Theatre opens
7:00 p.m. The Isaac Awards at Altoona’s Historic Mishler Theatre
10:00 p.m. (approx) Reception at The Columns immediately following the awards
11:30 p.m. Reception ends
