Hi Everyone,
SHOW WEEK IS HERE! Time for final preparation to begin for our production. We are almost there. Keep up the GREAT work!
CALL TIMES INFORMATION---
The following are the call times for our performances. We will use this time schedule beginning on WEDNESDAY for our final dress rehearsal to make sure the timing works before the show on Thursday.
TECH CALL (3:45PM): Kayla Miller, Sarah Toyos, Elizabeth Catchmark, Alisha Tyler-Lohr, All Hair/Make Up Managers
GROUP 1 (4:00PM): Lydia Munnell, Julia Laufer, Dori Puzycki, Jess Brown, Cat Rokavec, Sean Gipson, Emily Martell
GROUP 2 (4:30PM): Briana Seager, Shelby Courts, Michelle Siwert, Mike Lewis, Tim White, Sean Connelly, Marichka Lucas
GROUP 3 (5:00PM): Madisen Querns, Abby Young, Alyssa Hamaty, Christian Hopple, Andrew Uhring, Dan Zimmerman
GROUP 4 (5:15PM): Kaitlyn Whitesell, Veronica Garis, Aaron Scott, Zach Spaw
GROUP 5 (5:30PM): Paige Aikey, Keri Carroll, Ryan Caroll, Manny Meinen, Kyle Naylor, Joey Laufer, Stephen Giacobe
A spreadsheet of this, in addition to times for tech/stage crew, warmups, etc. will be distributed tomorrow at rehearsal.
As stated earlier, these call times are established so that everyone can get their costume/make up/hair/mics, etc. all taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. Unless you are asked, PLEASE DO NOT ARRIVE EARLY. In addition, DO NOT BE LATE. This should work so that everyone is ready to go in time for warm ups.
Again, this takes effect on WEDNESDAY and ALL SHOW nights.
