Here is information on the Isaac Awards. Please be sure to read this email in full, so you are up to date on the most recent information.
PLEASE READ: There have been quite a few people saying lately that they may not be attending the awards ceremony now. This is disappointing as we are all performing as a part of the ceremony. The plan is to perform a selection from “I’m Gonna Wash That Man Right Outa My Hair” and a selection from “There Is Nothing Like A Dame.” Without the cast all attending, this will be difficult to put on the best quality performance that we can. We have confirmed that some of our administrators and school board members will be attending the awards program to support us. There are a few of you that we know will be out of town (and told us in January) – and we are aware of those circumstances. We were counting on everyone else attending!!! Please see the information below regarding tickets.
REHEARSAL

4PM – 5:30PM
It is VERY important we have everyone at rehearsal if at all possible. There will be slight modifications in the choreography to fill a few holes that are missing for people out of town, as well as the merged two songs and transitions between the two. Please attend!
TICKETS
Please turn in money ($17 per ticket) NO LATER THAN MONDAY! I need to get the tickets ordered so we get the best possible seating! I will be tracking you down on Monday if I have not received your ticket order and have you marked down as attending.

REPORT TO BAHS: 1:45PM
DEPART BAHS: 2PM
**PLEASE WEAR YOUR SOUTH PACIFIC SHIRTS FOR TRAVEL AND TECH REHEARSAL**
We will arrive in Altoona around 3PM, and will have time to unload the bus. Our tech rehearsal time is 4PM – 4:30PM. After our tech rehearsal, there will be time to eat and get changed for the awards program.
The awards program will begin at 7:00PM and will conclude around 10PM – 10:30PM. After the program, there is a short reception for all the schools involved. Following the reception, we will return to BAHS.
APPROX TIME OF RETURN: 12:30AM – 1AM
