The Baha'i Faith group on google groups is probably .. 3-4 months old,
i forget :)
And if I'm not mistaken Google Groups started sometime in 2004 (midyear
probably?)

I started it. Google doesn't create any groups - it's the same premise
as yahoogroups or USENET.
