Sorry I took this measure as robots are harvesting email addresses)This book is a response to the need of many seekers from Christian background to understand the link between Christ and Baha’u’llah before they are prepared to continue their search for truth.
As many people do not have time to read these days we have limited the text as much as possible and maximized the use of visual promptings in the form of drawings and charts.
The book is presented as a visual guide in the format of an interactive flipchart.
The book makes it easy for you to sit together with a friend for a Christian/Baha'i dialogue.
It is organized in the manner that 'Abdu’l-Baha used when He was teaching Christians.
It follows the path of helping the Christian to understand the Reality of Christ which is the reality of what is a Manifestation. It mostly focuses on the history of the early days of Christianity, how doctrines and dogmas were developed by the Church Fathers and the origin of the Bible which are more commonly known only to Bible Scholars. Many of these facts are very interesting to people from Christian background who just need to know that they are not betraying their beloved Christ by accepting Baha'u'llah.This book has been field-tested in many countries and with different populations. Every time we got a positive response from devout Christians, such as, “ Interesting”, “ I am learning something totally new”, “ Now it all makes sense”, “ I couldn’t sleep last night thinking about all the new things I have learned”.
Marc and Helen Vloeberghs have written some very successful teaching books called Christianity Renewed Volume I, II and III under their pseudonym of Maxwell Alexander pubished by the Baha’I Publishing Trust of India.
We are also looking for friends who would be interested in helping to translate this new book into other languages. It is not very difficult job as the book only has very limited text - mainly verses from Bible, quotes from Baha'i Writings and subtitles for pictures.
Any suggestions or ideas are most welcome.
