Dear BAH community,

We hope you, your families and friends are all doing well and are keeping safe. Please let me know if I can pray for you.

  1. 2020 Recap: Thanks to all of you who rode, sponsored, supported, or prayed for us. Thanks to you all, we were able to have another great year despite the circumstances. Our "virtual" ride was a success, and we were able to raise $39,505.20!   That brings our Gross Donations raised since inception over $1.2M!
  2. Looking Forward: With things starting to turn toward the positive regarding COVID-19, we are planning on a combination of in person and virtual ride this year. We are still shooting for our annual ride to occur on one of the two weekends after Labor Day (we will have an updated set of dates in a few weeks).

Please let me know if you have any suggestions or ideas and if you are interested in participating this year.

Thanks again for continuing your support.

Regards,

Charlie Inman & The BAH Planning Team

Good afternoon everyone. As I mentioned in my last email, with things starting to open up, we are planning on holding a hybrid ride this year with both in person and virtual/self paced rides.

We are now finalizing the dates for this year, and wanted to poll everyone to see which option you prefer. Can you reply back and let me know what option below works for you AND if you will be joining us in person or virtual this year?

Option 1: September 17 - 19
Option 2: September 24-26
Option 3: Either one works

Regards,

Good afternoon everyone, and happy Friday. I hope you all have a great weekend.

After careful consideration and feedback from the BAH community, we are going to conduct this year's BAH ride as a self-paced, virtual ride only. We are hoping you can ride the weekend of September 17 - 19, but if that doesn't work for you please ride at your convenience (or even over the course of a few weekends).

As such, we have waived all registration fees. The website is now active and updated accordingly. Included below are the links for the main BAH page and the direct link to the registration.

Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

Regards,

Charlie

Good morning everyone. I hope this finds you well and safe.

As a reminder, we are only a few weeks away from our target weekend ride (although feel free to build up the miles over the course of a few weeks).

If you haven't yet registered, please do so soon.

As always, let me know if you have any questions.
