I am writing to you to apprise briefly about Badruka Educational Society, established in 1950 and celebrating Diamond Jubilee in 2009-10. Badruka Educational Society comprising of SIX Professional Colleges including 3 B-Schools.

1. Badruka Institute of Foreign Trade.
Badruka Institute of Foreign Trade (BIFT) has MOU with Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT Delhi) and has the same curriculum as IIFT.
BIFT offers Masters Program in International Business (MPIB). (Dual Specializations include Marketing, Finance, and HR with Trade being compulsory subject). BIFT – MPIB course has additional subjects other than regular MBA curriculum related to Foreign Trade, including International Finance, International Marketing, International Business Strategies, WTO, International Trade Logistics, Import Export operations,
Global Sourcing etc. BIFT students have foreign languages like French and Spanish as an integral part of their curriculum. BIFT students are sent on study visits to Singapore, Malaysia and local ports. As a part of International Collaborations, students specialize in “Integrated Marketing and Communication” and “Mergers and Acquisition” at world renowned “Nanyang Technological University” at Singapore. They have faculty and students exchange programs with various foreign universities like “Hague University” in Netherland. BIFT was rated in “A+” Category in 2006, 2007 and and in A+ category in 2009 by “Business India – India Best B-School Survey”. BIFT secured 42nd Rank in “Business Barons” India Best B-Schools Survey (1ST Nov 2009). Bankatlal Badruka College for Information Technology (BBCIT) offers All India Management Association (AIMA)- Delhi- Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) and PGDITM (Post Graduate Diploma in Information Technology and Management Courses) (AICTE Recognized). PGDM specialization includes Marketing, Finance, and HR.
PGDITM specializations include Financial Systems, Retail Systems, Information Technology Systems, Operating Systems and Advanced Operating Systems. We have two outgoing batches in December and June every year.
Financial Systems covers IT Applications in Non-Banking Financial Services, System Analysis& Portfolio Management, Financial Risk Management, Project Finance. BBCIT- AIMA students showcased their talent by bagging 2nd Prize at National Level competing against 400 B-across the country and also 1st Prize at South Zone Level out of 220 B-Schools in RPG / Infosys Management Games 2008 and 2007.
We are proud to say that our BBCIT MCA, M.Sc (CS), M.Sc (CS with Maths), B.Sc (CS) students have been achieving 100% result including few university ranks every year. BBCIT has been conducting the only audio, video, interactive, live IT Quiz of its kind in Hyderabad, “ABACUS”, involving 600 students, 100 teams from various colleges across the state since 1993 and extending this year to All India level.
4. Badruka College of Commerce. (BCC)
B.Com (Regular), B.Com (Hons), B.Com (Computers) –National Assessment and Accreditation Council(NAAC) of UGC rated Badruka College of Commerce “Four Star” (equivalent to current A grade), rated as best commerce college in Hyderabad by India Today – June 200. BCC students have been consistently securing five out of top ten state ranks for the past 60 years (From1950 to 2009).
