This is great info Anand. What about the times when the traffic spiked as we had discussed? This will help us see if anything we do spikes interest in folks or not....

I've attached 2 snapshots: one is for overall traffic, and another one for traffic just through campaigns below - might correspond to email blasts, and postcard distribution).

First the campaign statistics. I do see traffic from postcards (couple from trifolds too, was it just testing?), not from posters (maybe patrons are in a hurry)
I don't see any from Corp mailing lists either.

    In the WebTraffic graph, you can see a major spike on 28th March. and a minor one on 3rd April.

On March 26th I sent an email blast with the flyer to vibha-ba-vols and active vols and dream mile groups. I assume this could be the reason for the spike on March 28th. Also, I had sent an email blast, on or around February 25th/26th. Anand, can you please check to see if there was a spike after this email blast?
Also, going through the metrics I understand that the bounce rate for Groups is the lowest with 50% new visits which is good. Venkat, what are these Groups?
Comparing referrals the following have a high visit duration and a low bounce rate which is also good right?
