Team,

         I'll be putting together a DM 2012 publicity feedback document that will encapsulate the following:

 

-What worked well this year? Anything that worked well should be used next year.

-What did not work well and how to improve them?

-Weed out fruitless efforts. There were certain things we started out doing, but wasn't very effective though.

-Process improvements.

-Cost effectiveness efforts. For example fewer trifolds should be printed next year, and maybe not even have a trifold but rather a single sheet. We should try to go paperless as much as possible.

- Feedback from participants, friends and public in general.

 

And anything else you can think of. I'm planning to have this ready before our post-mortem session which will happen next Wednesday (I think).

 

 

Can you guys please provide me with this by this Sunday so that I can put together this document?
