season member/group info update/vacation

Hi all,

I have updated season member/group info at the end of the welcome
message.

Also the caretaker asked us to clean up all used birdies and bottles
and to push back the pull-ed out benches
after we use the gym. Please help me to leave a clean gym after
badminton. Thank you!

I'll be away on vacation for a month and be able to check emails only.
My friend Vincent will help me cooridate during my absense.
Detailed info will be sent out later today.
