El Salvador

I've started cycling again and now I'm in El Salvador.

I´ve updated the blog. I sent my front rack and two front panniers
home with Eleanor; I had my second camera stolen, this time in the
mail in New York; I've camped with a couple of familes, one in
Guatemala, one in El Salvador; and I learned how to surf in Playa El
Zonte, El Salvador. WIPE OUT!!!

I met up with a strange Italian cyclist who's traveled from Alaska and
is going all the way. We're going to cycle together until Ometepe,
Nicaragua. We're currently splitting a cinder block room with straw
mat and hammock for $5 per night at Playa El Cuco. We'll be leaving
for Honduras tomorrow, and hoping the recent political problems won't
affect us.
