The Year of No Job

Today, June 18, marks my one-year anniversary since I quit my job at
Home Depot. It feels like I've been away for longer than just a
year. Just the other night, I took comfort in working on a
spreadsheet, getting creative within the cells. I miss Home Depot!

Recently, Eleanor came to visit me in Guatemala for almost two weeks.
During that time, my camera and cell phone were stolen while we were
traveling on a bus (so some of my posts don´t have photos). Eleanor
left a week ago, and since then I've been getting one-on-one Spanish
tutoring at a school here in San Pedro on Lake Atitlan.
