Hi all,
It's been a few weeks since my last email. A lot has happened since
then.
Tetons and Yellowstone:
There was so much that happened in the parks that I had to split it up
the posts by days. Every day, there was either rain, hail, or snow,
which added to the misery of my pathetic situations. Looking back, I
was grateful for the weather. Otherwise, I would have been a happy
tourist giving thumbs-up to everyone. Plus the weather made for some
great stories.
Grand Teton National Park:

Here, I ran into some old people that made fun of my bicycle load.
The mountains were incredible, as was the camping.
Yellowstone National Park
Day 1:

I saw geysers, rain, and a few falls. I also got yelled at by a fat,
lazy, mean artist.
Day 2:

I saw mud, waterfalls, lightning, hail, and rain. Pretty crappy
weather made me run into pretty great people. I got made fun of again
by a ton of old people.
Day 3:

Awesome geysers and snow. I rode with Dylan and Clementine, a cyclist
couple from Switzerland, which really made this day great. I
practiced my horrible French and kept quoting Jerry Springer. The
three of us ended up getting stranded in the snow at a geyser. It was
quite an adventure.
From Yellowstone, I rode 300+ miles to Missoula, Montana. Ashley flew
in to spend a week with me. We've cycled, camped, and seen a lot of
nude old people, but that's for another post.
This will officially mark the halfway point for me on my trip. With a
lot of hesitation due to budgetary concerns, I purchased a small
laptopin order to keep up with the blog. I don't really about to sit
at a library for 7 hours a week, and I don't want to do a disservice
to my experiences. Plus I want to keep our 5 blog readers (two of
which include me and Eoin) entertained.
I'll send out another email when I catch up the blog to Missoula. You
can also read about Eoin's recent adventures in Guatemala and vote on
his facial hair situation. Personally, I think he should shave it
into a cute goatee.
