Sir,
The Authenticity of the authorisation letters are questionable without signature.I think Kapil should send a duly signed letter by post to all BK II co-ordinator.One letter to the Chief secretary of the State will also be highly appreciated.
Also we are in process of transalation of posters and booklets.We would like the samples of the exhibition posters which may also be needed to be transalated .We did not find the same in any Cd provided by you.
