Can we put a rough date on the opening?

I for one need a goal.  So in that spirit, can we put together a list of the bare minimum things we need to break ground? The sooner we get a place, the sooner we get more shovels to help build.

With a minimal list of tasks we can then figure out priorities and dependencies. We can then put a time frame we are shooting for.

What do you guys think? Am I just jumping the gun here?

Micah and I are meeting with the county on Thursday. We should have some answers at that point. Hoping to be able to have more answers before our next meeting. It really seems a lot depends on how quickly we can get a well and irrigation in .
