Hi Everyone,

Hope everything is well. Ari just tweeted about someone's take on badges and their similarity to Boy Scout Badges and that triggered my inclination to send this paper on to you - it was just mentioned in a recent issue of Science. The authors analyze boy scout science badges by looking at the vocabulary of the badge requirements and making associations to Bloom's Taxonomy. Regardless of what you think of their conclusions, I thought it was a neat way to assess a system of badges without really needing to generate a lot of work.
