Zorin 16 comes with touchegg installed as default along with its extension but for the life of me I can't find a way to find the GUI named Touché (to configure the gestures) . Its not in the apt repository and I can't find debian app for it either.

I have already installed them . I was suggesting that it would be good to have them by default .
Elementary Os have integrated touchegg gestures into their OS workmanger. It would be good to see in garuda also as full potential of touch pad is achieved as in windows or mac .
sorry if you got offended.

By default, 3-finger swipe up corresponds to maximizing the active window, but I would like to change that to present all windows on the current desktop. On the KDE version of touchegg (GitHub - NayamAmarshe/ToucheggKDE: TouchEgg configuration for MacOS and Windows like Touchpad Multi-Touch Gestures on KDE Plasma.) the behavior I want is the default for 3-finger swipe up, however, the content of the .conf file is very specific to KDE:

Having recently switched from spectrwm to i3 for my window manager, I have found that there are one or two things that you just can't do with the mouse. For me, this is mainly switching between workspaces.(Sure, this is true of spectrwm as well, but this fix can be used there too.)After a few days of trying to find a method to do this, I came across touchegg.

Installing touchegg is pretty simple, but its instructions are biased towards ubuntu.touchegg tells you to install build-essential libqt4-dev utouch libgeis-dev libx11-6 libxtst-dev; on debian sid utouch is acually libgeis-dev.

Once it is installed, running touchegg will put the default config in place. It will also display some helpful suggestions for testing, and display your actions for debug. The manual, only found on touchegg's github wiki, suggests a number of synclient settings be turned off:

If Touchegg runs successfully, but the touch gestures do not respond. Please check if there is an incorrect file(.lock) inside /.config/touchegg/ folder. Delete this incorrect file and the touch gestures will respond normally.
