Julie asked that I share their news. Please see her email below. We have Molly in our thoughts and know she's a tough lady just like her Mom.
I will find out from Julie when she's due to be discharged. Please let me know if your interested in helping to make meals for the Higgins family. As they will be between home and visiting Molly, a few meals a week may be helpful and one less thing they have to worry about.

Hi girls, just wanted to share our news. I can't seem to find our full class list, so if you'd please forward along I'd appreciate it. We are hanging in there, but I have to admit it all feels like a bad dream right now. That said, I know we are also very lucky and Molly is doing well - I can tell she is a strong little girl!
I think Rob is going to take Jack to the My Gym tomorrow as a fun activity and some semblance of normalcy, so give them big hugs:)

It is with great joy that Julie and I announce the birth of our daughter, and Jack's little sister, Molly Cumming Higgins. Molly decided she needed to join this world a little early and arrived on November 18th at 9:04pm, weighing only 2lb 15 ounces and 16.25 inches. She is doing well so far and is good hands at the Brigham NICU, where she will live for the next few months. We ask for your thoughts and prayers over this time for her continued health and development. Mom is also doing well, and she and I are taking this one day at a time.
She is a beautiful girl and definitely looks a lot like her big brother Jack. It's going to be a while before Jack is able to meet his little sister, but he got to see Mom yesterday and gave her a big hug (though was a little confused by the wheel chair!).
With love from the Higgins Family
