ok gals-

We are secured for June 9th at the Children's Art Centre from 11-2.  Here are the details:

- We have to enter through a building at 48 Rutland Street to get to the Children's Art Centre.

- We have to take any alcoholic evidence with us (bottles, caps, etc)  I can do that, I have recycling in my building not far from there.

-  Set up and clean up need to be included in our time, so the party can officially start at 11:15 and end at 1:30

- There are 5 parking spots included with the $225.  I don't need to park, so parking folk you guys can figure out how to work that.  There is also metered parking on Tremont Street and Washington Street and 2 hour visitor on Shawmut.

- They also ask for a donation to USES, so if we can round up the divided amount to an even dollar bill amount and I can write a check to USES I think that would be great. (ie, if the divided amount is $15 per family round up to $20 and donate the $5)

So now we just need people to bring stuff....can one of you handy peeps make a google speadsheet?

Things we need:

Sheet cake for babies

Cake to eat/cupcakes

Balloons

Other decorations (Sandy & Kristin it's all you)

Beer

Wine

Cups

Snack foods

Plate/Utensils/napkins

Trash bags

Please feel free to add to the list. 

Kristin, Sandy, Andrea--please extend the invitation to your other GB classmates.  This facility holds 55 people so room will not be an issue.
