We took Baby Wiggles at Coco Baby and it barely fit 10 moms/dads in a circle on the rectangular part of the downstairs area. We didn't discuss time yet, seems like USES is pretty open.

If we want the party to be 2 hours, we need to add an hour for clean up/set up = $225 rental. If we have 20 families, that is $11.25 a family.

Just an idea, but we could also have this get together at a park. I know the north point park is nice and new with not many people. I'm sure there are a ton of green areas we could take advantage of so we could make 6/8 work since that seems to be the best day for everyone, yet all booked up at all of the places.

I also like Sunday the 9th. I think $75 an hour is reasonable as it will be split multiple ways. We can even then divvy up other needs (cake, table cloths, paper goods, snacks, drinks, etc.) and ask people to spend a set amount.

So it looks like a lot of our gb class can't make it on the 8/9th.  Since its a lot of people to coordinate lets just stick w the 9th and if any can make it great but we won't count on it.

Eden- You can make your cupcakes with the caramelized frosting if you want :-)  I can make milk chocolate hazelnut cookies from Flour. Does anyone have a big cooler? If not, I can always buy one. We can all bring our favorite alcohol and throw it in the cooler with ice. One person being in charge of alcohol for say 30 people, could get expensive.
