Here's the contact info for Helen at USES. One of the South End moms needs to reserve.

I wanted to chime in on Sandy's email, not sure that this is going to work for our whole GB date-wise. How do you want to proceed? This changes the cost per family for the rental fee.

Should we consider making it 2 hours (11-1) instead of three? As long as we are dividing it by 10 the cost should still be low for 2 or 3 hours.

Host is responsible for set up and clean up (estimate an additional hour to your total rental time)

Makes sense. With 10 folks min we are looking at $25-$28 a piece ($28 with tax maybe?). I think this is totally reasonable and that we will be more than 10.

Ok gals- we are all set for June 9th. We have the space from 11-2. I'm thinking we'll have start time of 11:15ish to give us time to set up and close out at 1:30. 

I'm pretty low maintenance, so I'm not interested in decorations besides some balloons.... Anyone oppose to that? 

There are also 5 parking spots. Not sure how we want to disperse those. I'm going to leave it up to the group.

There are visitor spots (public) and in Sundays people park in the middle of Columbus.  My parents have done it without getting a ticket but I think they may have just gotten lucky.  FYI there is a Red Sox home game at 1:35 on 6/9.  Occasionally people take up the visitor spots on Columbus/side streets to walk to the game.
