Hi, I just started to setup a backup server and want to use bacularis.

Thus, I installed bacula on Debian 11, and then the bacularis package.
Everything went smooth with the installation and I passed all tests.
However, going to the localhost:9097, shows the UI, but gives me an Error

Error code: 5

Message: Invalid director.

any idea what's wrong?

Best, Robert

Hello Robert,

When you see this error about invalid director, could you try to log out and log in on the Bacularis web interface? Does it help?

Best regards,

Dear Marcin,

I'm logging in with the IP know, which works perfectly!

I still need to understand a lot about the function of bacula (for
example, the concept of files and volumes..), but for now, it's working.

Thanks a lot for the excellent software and a happy 2023!

Best regards,
Robert
