It depends on what version of vijeo designer the original program was written. If it is after v5 (not 100% sure) then you can open it with the latest software. Then just change the model number to the hmigto5310 and download. I think the hmigto series was introduced with vijeo designer v6.0

Sending the project to Schneider Support (Send the VDZ export file) should get someone to migrate to a version of atleast 5.1, which you can then import into Vijeo Designer 6.0 without issue. That is usually the procedure atleast in Canada.
