Job Description:

The client is looking for an ASP.NET Developer. 6 month contract in Houston. Must be able to interview in person and be in Houston ready to start work on Jan 1.

Experience 

Extensive knowledge and experience with web development 

Experience with JavaScript frameworks

4+ years Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 ¿ 4.5 with C#

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Ability to work effectively in a highly-collaborative team environment

Extensive knowledge and experience with object-oriented design principles and practices

Extensive knowledge of the .Net framework and CLR

Expert in C# programming

Experience and adherence to unit testing and experience with tools such as NUnit, xUnit

Thorough understanding of Web Services including SOAP, WSDL, REST

Solid experience with SQL and relational databases (SQL Server / DB2)
