·         Should have good experience in Siebel CRM Order Management and Product Configuration

·         Must have strong experience in Siebel EAI implementation

·         Should have exposure to fit-gap analysis and requirement analysis

·         Good Communication and leadership skills

·         Should have managed customer interfacing role

·         Good Siebel development experience in Siebel functionalities like Order Management & Product Configuration

·         Real time & batch Integration experience using web services, JMS integration and EIM

·         Experience with configuring Siebel Tools, eScript, Workflows
