BA Skill-sets In summary, we are looking for a Business Analyst with a strong technical background. Ideally candidates will have prior online banking experience. Candidates must have strong technical experience writing technical specifications. In this role the Analyst will receive the business requirements and be responsible for creating the technical system requirements. The analyst must be able to speak with both the business and technical sides, and be able to explain technical concepts to the business. The ability to create clear, concise, precise documentation is required. Candidates should have heavy documentation experience, including the creation of process flow diagrams, data mapping, technical specifications, etc. Any blueprinting experience.
