XForms compatibility with ODK, JavaRosa?

greetings - I'm working with the UN World Food program, as per:

and am attempting to find an XForms story for iPhone/iPad...

Ideally someone should be able to author forms that can run on J2ME,
Android, and IOS devices..

I am investigating what it would take to run a "micro" http server on-
board the iOS devices for http GET and POST to serve up backplanejs
pages, etc.

Has anyone worked on anything similar..?
