Hi,
I just added this extension but it is not working. I get a java script
window with the messege,

"Oops...the Backpack server returned an error. If this problem
persists, please ask for help on the forum at http://www.millssoftware.com/forum...."

How can I fix this? FYI - I have FF version 3.0.6

Thanks,
Justin

I haven't heard of any problems for quite a while and I haven't updated the extension recently.  I'm also using FF 3.0.6 and it seems to be working for me.  Here are some things to try:

* Double, triple check your API key and make sure there are no spaces at the end.
* Things got a little more complex with multi-user backpack.  The extension asks for the username, but it really wants the backpack subdomain.  So if you access your backpack account at http://justinmshea.backpackit.com, then justinmshea is the "username" to specify in the extension.
* Try the extension on a different computer.

If you try all these and nothing works, then please let me know.

Got it! It is a multi-user account but I am currently the only user so
I used my personal user name instead of the sub-domain....
