8:30-9:30 The Slow Music Challenge

Slow music presents a special challenge to us as dancers. If we just take the movements that work well at medium tempos and simply slow them down, our dancing will be too slow for comfort. In this class we'll learn how to both speed up and slow down our dancing to create nice variety, even for those glacially slow songs.
