We apologize for problems we had in May 19th. It is not an easy task to replicate Parse in just few months, but we are doing our best to make back4app the best alternative for parse users. Actually it is the first time we have so many hours of downtime and we didn't have any downtime in our services for more than one month. Our uptime since back4app launch is about 99.9%.
The problem in that day was related to an update on Parse Server. We've tested a lot the version 2.2.10 before launching it, but with the high load of production environment it crashed for many apps. It was a learning for us and we will improve our homologation process for new Parse Server versions.
We are also now improving our support (growing team to attend customers 24x7) and developing a page for customers follow back4app service status and issues.
