Dear Team,

I'd like to checkout some of the features for back4app:

1- Where are the back4app servers resides ?
2- Does back4app use AWS services ?
3- What are the current security framework used at the backend database ? whom has access to the data in the database ? how support team deal with it ?
4- How frequent do you backup the data on the database and whom has access to those backup ?
5- Is we use a dedicated server then do all answers to the above questions still applies ?
6- Does back4app support .Net integration as front end ?
7- Do you offer Hosting like Parse Website ? if so, what kind of technology you support for hosting a website on back4app to be integrated with Parse ?
8- Does back4app support LDAP integration ?
9- Does back4app offer email domain service ? and whether does the APIs support integration with email servers integration ?

1 - In the four availability zones of AWS East Region - USA North Virgina

2 - Yes

3 - We use Mongo Rocks database and all data is stored in compacted binary files. Supporting team only access it with previous authorization of the user

4 - Each hour (stored for 7 days) and each day (stored for 30 days) - Supporting team only access it with previous request of the user

5 - We can launch in other regions and we can have different policies if required

6 - Yes. You can keep using same parse.com .NET SDK.

7 - Yes. Node.js/Express framework.

8 - Not by default, but maybe we can support on a dedicated server

9 - We provide integration with mailgun, sendgrid and mandrill
