In parse.com I use hosting > Custom Domains > Web HostingWeb Hosting

"To enable content hosting, choose a unique ParseApp subdomain for your app. The name may consist of 3 to 20 alphanumeric characters and dashes, and may not start or end with a dash. Content from your public directory will be served to users that visit this subdomain.""

Then I just need to create a Public folder and everything inside get publish.

How can I do the same in back{4}app

Hi. Not yet available in Back4app. We are finalizing the development of this feature and we will launch it in the following days.

Hi Davi: Any update on this feature? I need this to port my existing Parse app to Back4App. Else back4app is not a viable option for me to migrate :|

Hi, guys. Hosting will be available through dashboard soon, but we are already able to setup manually it for you. Just reach us through web-site chat. Best!

Hi, Vishal.

All files you upload in a folder called public are automatically available in your subdomain.

Since you have already created "http://cabbycabs.back4app.io/" and a file called "test.html" in a folder called "public", you should be able now to access your file in the url http://cabbycabs.back4app.io/test.html

But I've just checked there and you don't have a file called test.html but a file called index.html instead. So you can just open the url "http://cabbycabs.back4app.io/". Your site is live there :)

Best!

Note: I reverted back my cname to parseapp link for now..as not allowed to put live site to error.

Hi Davi and Vishal,

I'm also trying to setup my website on back4app. It would be really helpful to me if you can tell me how did you manage to associate your godaddy domain with app hosted on back4app.

I have changed the CNAME to myapp.back4app.io but still I'm getting unauthorized error.

Thanks.
