Poor Performance

Since yesterday I'm getting a very low performance when connecting to Back4App web dashboard or through my iOS app.

So slow that my app constantly times up the requests, resulting in crashes or I get "wrong format data".

Facebook login is practically impossible.

I've already tried older stable versions of my iOS app (to make sure the errors are not on my side), with same results.

Need assistant as soon as possible!
