Cannot access image files in db

Hi, i'm having a problem after migrating my app.
I have images in my db, and i can access them in parse dashboard and within the app if it connects to the original parse address.
Using back4app address in the app gives me "ErrorDownload from S3 failed. Forbidden" error.
While clicking the file in back4app dashboard i got the screen on the image.

It seems that images still hosted on parse cannot be accessed from back4app for security/permissions reasons, am i right? I would like to test the app and allow a transition time for my users before migrating files, what should i do?

Solved. My file key in parse was not the same of the one in back4app.
