Indian Institute of Science Education and Research Thiruvananthapuram (IISER Thiruvananthapuram) invites applications for recruitment of Field Assistant, Junior Research Fellow (JRF) in Thiruvananthapuram. Last date for application is 31st August 2015.
Field Assistant - 01
Educational Qualification: The candidate should have a minimum of 60% marks (or equivalent grade) in the qualifying degree. Additional qualifications for JRF are: Post-graduate degree in any area of Basic Sciences in Biology with NET qualification, OR Graduate Degree in a Professional Course in Biology with NET qualification, OR Post Graduate Degree in Professional Course in Biology. In case a suitable candidate with the above qualifications is not found, candidates with a Masters degree in Biological Sciences may be considered for the position of Project Assistant.
Pay Scale: Rs. 10,000/- per month
Age Limit: 33 Years
Junior Research Fellow (JRF) - 01
Educational Qualification: Candidate should have passed Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 60% marks (or equivalent grade) as well as demonstrable work experience in conducting field work on an ecological project for atleast 6 months. OR Master’s degree in Ecology, Wildlife Biology, Zoology, Biosciences with demonstrable work experience in conducting field work on an ecological project for atleast 3 months.
Pay Scale: Rs. 25,000/- per month + HRA
Age Limit: 33 Years
