National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education & Research Ahmedabad (NIPER Ahmedabad) invites applications for recruitment of Teaching and Non-Teaching Positions in Ahmedabad. Last date for application is 9th September 2015.
Associate Professor - 03
Educational Qualification: Candidate should have passed Ph. D. with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree in Biomedical Engineering/Electronics Engineering/Instrumentation engineering with a very good academic record throughout.
Experience: A minimum of 8 years of Teaching / Research / Industrial experience, of which at least 3 years should be at the level of Assistant Professor on the date of application. The candidate should have demonstrated leadership in research in Bioelectronics/Bioinstrumentation / Diagnostics and Biomaterials for Medical Devices in terms of guidance of Ph.D. students, strong record of publications in reputed journals and conferences, patents, laboratory / course development and / or other recognized relevant professional activities such as principal investigator of major research projects.
Age Limit: 50 Years
Assistant Professor - 10
Educational Qualification: Candidate should have passed Ph.D. with first class or equivalent at the preceding degree (M.Sc./M.Pharm/M.S. Pharm) in Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Microbiology with a very good academic record throughout.
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of Teaching / Research / Industrial experience in downstream processing, biochemical engineering, enzymology, immunology, cell signaling, protein purification and high throughput screening excluding the experience gained while pursuing Ph.D , with a minimum of three publications out of their thesis work.
Age Limit: 45 Years
Scientific Officer - 01
Educational Qualification: Candidate should have passed M.Sc with 55% marks / M.Tech with 55% marks/ Ph.D
Experience: 10 Years of experience in management of instrumentation Lab in a research Institute /University of repute and thorough knowledge of sophisticated spectroscopic/Analytical instruments e.g HPLC, NMR, MS, UV, TR, GC, LC as per the required specialization. Or In case of M. Tech, 9 Years of experience in management of instrumentation of Lab in a research Institute /University of repute and thorough knowledge of sophisticated instruments e.g NMR, MS, UV, TR, GC, LC etc
Age Limit: 45 Years
Application Fee:
Rs.500/- (Rs.250/- in case of SC/ST) in shape of Demand Draft drawn in favour of NIPER Ahmedabad, payable at Ahmedabad.
