SDM for next year

Hello All,

I plan to put self-nomination sheets in people's mailboxes, hopefully today, Monday morning at the latest, I would like to make the deadline for turning them into either Monica Wilson or Mark Roxas Friday the 13th. Since I am planning on running, I won't be collecting these nomination sheets.

I plan to recruit others to run the election on May 16th and 17th, so we can get teacher's voting all done on the same day as the UTLA chair election and imposition teachers as little as possible. Like the UTLA chair election, we will have the count after school on Tuesday, May 17th. I will not participate in this action.

There are seven open positions and if seven or less people self-nominated, the positions are not contested and no election will take place but staff will be informed.

Please send any objections you have to running SDM nominations and elections this way.
