2nd Cabrillo Field Trip Tomorrow March 15

Hi Colleagues,

We are embarking on the 2nd Cabrillo Marine Aquarium field trip tomorrow. An announcement will advise students to make their way down to the bus in front of the school at 8:30 am. 

The protocol for marking attendance is as follows: For P1, please mark your students as you would normally.  Following Period 1, continue to mark any absent students as absent as you would normally. 

Just before departure, I will give a list of all students signed up for the field trip AND who actually BOARD the bus to the office.

It will be the responsibility of the office to mark the students on the bus as being present/on a field trip.
