Fellow Members; As we celebrate this holy week, I urge us also to remember the pertinent issue-of building a fund for BACADET; by way of subscription & welfare fees (50,000 shs & 100,000 shs respectively), my committee's plan is to not only address the welfare issues [which we have been addressing already] but to also come up with a joint investment in the Long run (the starting up of a SACCO or joint-investment in land), something developmental & something that will benefit us all. All these ideas can only remain on paper unless if we backed them up with some action, unless we committed a part of our money to subscription fees & welfare fees. The formula is simple; those of us with a possibility may pay the entire 150,000 shs at once into the BACADET-bank account in Centenary bank or we may pay in instalments of 50,000 shs per month over the month of April,  May & June, thank you very much for listening to me & thank you very much for responding to this appeal, akuume! Deo Nkugwa, Chairman-BACADET
