I hope you and family are doing well?

As you may already be aware; you are one of the members of Former Classmates of Ndejje Senior Secondary School 1991-1994 Limited [BACADET] [BY GUARANTEE], a non religious; non political and non profit making organisation founded in the year 2008 and registered in Uganda in the year 2010 [see copy of certificate attached].

BACADET as of today; has got a total membership of 125 people, most of whom are resident in Uganda, while others live and work in the diaspora.

At the time of acquiring the BACADET- legal status in the year 2010; Government of Uganda (through the Uganda Registration Service Bureau- URSB) was operating a manual system but currently they have shifted to a digital system.

The purpose of writing to you therefore; is to request you to send a scanned copy of your national I.d; ndagamuntu (both face and back), so that we may submit it to the Registrar of Companies and hence have the BACADET data migrated (from analogue to digital).

We have set for ourselves a deadline of Monday; the 2nd June 2025 to have this data submitted & hence get our Association migrated to the digital system [as is required of all organisations].
