Dear All,

you maybe found that we only have two helpers in this winter. It
maybe not enough for 12 or more babies. I need your suggestion on the
arrangement on babyroom service. Now, I only have 2 ideas,

1. let both parents join our team
2. set a month on-call helper: if babyroom need more helper, there
still be three helpers with two nannies.

Please give me some suggestion

Dear Nanyang,   Thanks for your coordination. As some of the parents also have other services on Sundays, we may need to ask those parents who have less other services to help cover more than once per month in the baby room, and they may be willing if we ask. :-) How about explaining the need in the baby room and asking all the parents to valunteer taking more serving slots based on their service load on Sundays.   BTW, please clarify what time the helpers should arrive at the baby room on their day of duty.
