We want to invite you to join the 47th annual Logo Summer Institute, a hands-on, four-day workshop in creative computing hosted by The Hewitt School.

This workshop is very much about learning by doing—you’ll spend time building projects and developing curriculum that helps students engage in problem solving, computational thinking, and creative expression through coding.

What’s new this summer:

  • Learn how to make AI more transparent by setting up a local chatbot server in your school
  • BirdBrain Technologies will showcase a new creative robotics kit for students in grades K–3
  • Explore new activities that incorporate machine learning into animated stories, games, and robotics projects
  • Discover new features of OctoStudio, developed by the Lifelong Kindergarten Group at MIT

It’s always a thoughtful, collaborative group of educators, and a great space to share ideas and leave with things you can bring directly into your classroom.

Please feel free to pass this along to anyone who might be interested!
