ozobot calibration

I have 6 ozobots I am using with second grade. I taught the kids how to calibrate. One of them won't calibrate, I hold down button till turns white then put down on black circle. It moves off circle, turns red (not green) and turns off?

Any advice what is wrong?

Our students have had the same issues with calibration. I've found turning the ozobot completely on and off has helped.

I found that when I did a reset/tune-up on the iPad app this worked.
