What we're looking for:
✅ 8+ years of ServiceNow architecture and solution leadership experience
✅ Proven success designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow platforms independently
✅ Experience leading delivery teams and large transformation programs
✅ Experience in implementing ITSM, HRSD. Experience in S2P and Legal Service Delivery will be a plus.
✅ Deep expertise in platform architecture, governance, integrations, and best practices

Preferred:
⭐ CTA-level architecture experience
⭐ Multiple ServiceNow certifications
⭐ Experience with AI, Agentic AI, workflow automation, and platform modernization
